TERMS OF SERVICES

BOOKING & DEPOSIT

We require 50% deposit upon booking, with the full payment due no later than 48 hours prior to event; unless agreed otherwise. We request at least 7 days notice for grazing tables and the booking is not confirmed until we have received the deposit

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES

Please notify us if any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies at the booking stage so we can try and cater to all your needs. However, due to the nature of grazing tables/platters, we cannot guarantee that it won’t be nut free. All our meat products are Halal.

 

TABLE REQUIREMENTS

Figs & Olives do not provide tables, unless it has been agreed beforehand that we will provide the table. On the day, if there is no suitable table provided, Figs and Olives are not legally responsible for any circumstances, costs, liabilities or claims arising out of a failure to adhere to the table requirements.

 

DISPOSAL

Figs and Olives are not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste. All equipment must be wiped clean before returning.

 

SET UP ITEMS & PROPS

All items must be returned to us/collected by us within 2 working days. An inventory list will need to be signed once the set up has been completed and any loss/damage of items will incur a charge.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Figs & Olives do not offer refunds, unless we are unable to fulfil the booking. Date changes are allowed for advanced bookings ONLY, we must be notified 21 days or more in advance and if there is availability. All deposits are non-refundable.

DELIVERY & TRAVEL CHARGES 

We are based in Central London and West Midlands and cover the surrounding areas. We can

travel outside these two areas, please enquire to discuss further. We travel up to 15 miles free of charge (minimum order £300) from SW1 and B13 after that delivery is at £1.50 per mile for the round trip. Platters and boxes can be collected at an agreed time or are delivered to an agreed location. There may be a minimum spend for our smaller platters/boxes

On the day we do need to unload at the location so therefore must be able to stop outside. We also

need to have access to parking during the set up. If there is no parking available you must inform us

at the time of booking so that we can find a solution. Please note this may incur an extra charge if in a central city location as parking fees will be added to your invoice.
